Face Care: Basic milk mask

I travel a fair bit and work long hours.  Its all very stressful and compounded by insomnia (also related to stress).  All that is of course tiring and all a person wants to do when they have free time is to do NOTHING.

But the skin is also suffering... Sometimes dry, sometimes oily, usually visible large pores and mostly sagging.  What's a girl to do???

MILK.
Yes, drinking milk is good for you.
Putting it on your skin is also very good for you.

This solution had only recently occurred to me and research was easy.  Plenty of milk-based solutions already abound in the world wide web.

I settled for the easiest!  Wet your face with milk and let it sit for a minute or ten.
Then rinse.  Since I was doing this in the shower, I used the leftovers on my neck, chest and even my hair.

Solution:
MILK = MASK

I've only done this twice so I do not know if it will work, but I am going to improve the use with Milk Powder.

Why:

  1. Controllable consistency - as a paste, easier to apply and better coverage.
  2. Easy to pack for travel in whatever amount I desire.  When required, just add water.
  3. Cheaper than liquid milk.
There are many other solutions for face treatments using readily available ingredients.
