I've been using spritzed-on baking soda+water solution for over a month now. I find it a worthy replacement of store-bought deodorants. I decided to try a different recipe which could provide a more lasting effect.

Dry, red, sensitive lips Part 2
I have tried Coconut Oil and confirm it works the same as Vaseline - no longer effective for me. My lips would feel greasy and then dry again.
Beeswax however works great! Not the homemade version though, but I found a new variant from Mentholathum made from Beeswax. It contains essential oils ie. shea butter, jojoba, almond & grapeseed oil.
I guess what I need is something waxy that forms a protective shield. Hooray!

Baking soda as deodorant
A wonderful use for baking soda is as a deodorizer. Not only can it deodorize your home, it works on your armpits too.

Dry, red, sensitive lips
Once upon a time (over a decade ago) my lips started becoming dry & chapped very quickly and I have to moisturize many, many times a day. The condition eventually became worse that over-the-counter lip balms no longer worked.

Face Care: Basic milk mask
I travel a fair bit and work long hours. Its all very stressful and compounded by insomnia (also related to stress). All that is of course tiring and all a person wants to do when they have free time is to do NOTHING.
But the skin is also suffering... Sometimes dry, sometimes oily, usually visible large pores and mostly sagging. What's a girl to do???
